一款多功能共(gong)聚焦拉(la)曼/熒(ying)光/光電流/熒(ying)光壽(shou)命檢(jian)測(ce)光譜成像(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),采(cai)用透射(she)式光路設計(ji),提高了產品(pin)的靈敏度和(he)穩定(ding)性。*的振鏡掃描技術(shu)能夠在臺面固(gu)定(ding)不(bu)動的情況下實(shi)現(xian)快速二維成像(xiang)掃描。該技術(shu)在聯用光電流成像(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)載臺時(shi)優勢明(ming)顯,并(bing)且可擴展增加熒(ying)光壽(shou)命檢(jian)測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。可實(shi)現(xian)拉(la)曼/PL/光電流/熒(ying)光時(shi)間壽(shou)命/熒(ying)光檢(jian)測(ce)等功能。
整個(ge)系統的(de)(de)個(ge)構成如下(xia)圖,需要測(ce)(ce)量拉(la)曼(man)和熒(ying)光(guang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)時(shi),樣品激發的(de)(de)拉(la)曼(man)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)和熒(ying)光(guang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)通(tong)(tong)過顯微(wei)鏡,再由光(guang)譜儀分(fen)光(guang)至(zhi)CCD檢測(ce)(ce)器(qi)(qi)接收,計算(suan)機軟件讀(du)(du)出(chu)拉(la)曼(man)和熒(ying)光(guang)的(de)(de)光(guang)譜信(xin)(xin)號(hao)并掃描成圖像輸出(chu)。需要測(ce)(ce)量熒(ying)光(guang)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)壽(shou)命(ming)時(shi),轉(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)將樣品激發的(de)(de)瞬態熒(ying)光(guang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)分(fen)光(guang)至(zhi)TCSPC(單(dan)光(guang)子(zi)計數器(qi)(qi)),通(tong)(tong)過單(dan)光(guang)子(zi)計數器(qi)(qi)記(ji)(ji)錄熒(ying)光(guang)的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)壽(shou)命(ming)。需要測(ce)(ce)量光(guang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)時(shi),接上探(tan)針(zhen)臺和電(dian)流(liu)(liu)計,激光(guang)激發樣品產生(sheng)的(de)(de)光(guang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)通(tong)(tong)過探(tan)針(zhen)引出(chu)至(zhi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)計,再讀(du)(du)出(chu)至(zhi)電(dian)腦軟件,記(ji)(ji)錄整個(ge)檢測(ce)(ce)面(mian)的(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)布。
