4D位置敏感探測器(4D PSD)
此4D PSD位置敏感探測器(qi),采用兩個2D PSD探測器與(yu)相關光學元件(jian)的有機(ji)組(zu)合,能夠嚴格探測區分(fen)光束的位(wei)置漂移與(yu)角度漂移,分(fen)辨(bian)率達到(dao)nm級別。
